Position: HR Business Partner- Manufacturing We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused HR Business Partner- Manufacturing to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
