Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Professional Requirements: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
