Position: Sr. Manager, Diversity & Inclusion We are expanding our team and seek a driven Sr. Manager, Diversity & Inclusion who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Duties and Accountabilities: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Key Skills and Qualifications: Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
