Position: Manager, Diversity & Inclusion A compelling career opportunity exists for a skilled Manager, Diversity & Inclusion to drive meaningful impact. Core Responsibilities: Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
