Position: Manager, Diversity & Inclusion We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Diversity & Inclusion to deliver excellence across key functions. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
