Position: Talent & Diversity Inclusion Analyst We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Talent & Diversity Inclusion Analyst to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
