Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles.
