Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
