Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
