Duties and Accountabilities: Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Key Skills and Qualifications: Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
