Position: HR Advisor Senior Lead - Human Resources We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused HR Advisor Senior Lead - Human Resources to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
