Principal Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects.
