Position: HR Specialist We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused HR Specialist to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
