Duties and Accountabilities: Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
