Position: HR Specialist We are expanding our team and seek a driven HR Specialist who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
