Core Responsibilities: Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
