Position: Human Resources Generalist We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The candidate will join a globally connected team that prizes diverse perspectives and operational excellence. Scope of Responsibilities: Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
