Position: Employee Relations Manager We invite a proactive and capable Employee Relations Manager to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. The organisation fosters a culture of continuous learning, development, and shared organisational accountability. Responsibilities Include: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
