Position: Employee Relations Manager and Global HR Ethics Officer We are expanding our team and seek a driven Employee Relations Manager and Global HR Ethics Officer who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. The selected professional will thrive in a data-driven, efficiency-focused, and collaborative work environment. Core Responsibilities: Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Minimum Qualifications: Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
