Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
