Position: Director of HR Systems and Operations An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Director of HR Systems and Operations to contribute to our mission. Duties and Accountabilities: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility.
