Position: HR Manager, NACF We are currently recruiting a results-oriented HR Manager, NACF to strengthen our high-performing team. This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven team reshaping industry standards and best practices. Main Accountabilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
