Position: Field HR Intern We are expanding our team and seek a driven Field HR Intern who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Scope of Responsibilities: Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
