Position: Human Resources Analyst I/II Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of Human Resources Analyst I/II. Principal Responsibilities: Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Candidate Requirements: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
