Position: Human Resources Analyst Join our forward-thinking team as a Human Resources Analyst and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
