Position: Human Resources Development Program Analyst/Associate We are expanding our team and seek a driven Human Resources Development Program Analyst/Associate who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
