Position: COMPENSATION ANL 3 (Classification/Compensation Analyst) We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused COMPENSATION ANL 3 (Classification/Compensation Analyst) to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Scope of Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
