Position: Senior Manager, Employee Communications and Change Management We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Manager, Employee Communications and Change Management to join our dynamic and growing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Ensure all management practices align with employment, safety, and governance regulations. Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline development. Handle escalations, complex queries, and time-sensitive issues with professionalism. Develop business improvement plans to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and quality. Drive execution of strategic initiatives and hold the team accountable for deliverables. Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and performance review processes. Provide regular business updates, risk registers, and recommendations to senior leadership. Set clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations for the assigned team. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
