Position: Part-Time Assistant Manager Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Part-Time Assistant Manager committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop business improvement plans to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and quality. Handle escalations, complex queries, and time-sensitive issues with professionalism. Lead by example in demonstrating organisational values and expected behavioural standards. Set clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations for the assigned team. Lead capacity planning and workforce management to ensure operational readiness. Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline development. Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and performance review processes. Analyse business metrics, market trends, and data to inform management decisions. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
