Position: Customer Success Manager We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to deliver excellence across key functions. Scope of Responsibilities: Lead by example in demonstrating organisational values and expected behavioural standards. Develop business improvement plans to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and quality. Analyse business metrics, market trends, and data to inform management decisions. Build a high-performing team culture grounded in trust, transparency, and growth mindset. Ensure all management practices align with employment, safety, and governance regulations. Provide regular business updates, risk registers, and recommendations to senior leadership. Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and performance review processes. Set clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations for the assigned team. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
