Position: Customer Success Manager We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and performance review processes. Analyse business metrics, market trends, and data to inform management decisions. Set clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations for the assigned team. Provide regular business updates, risk registers, and recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure all management practices align with employment, safety, and governance regulations. Develop business improvement plans to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and quality. Handle escalations, complex queries, and time-sensitive issues with professionalism. Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, succession, and talent pipeline development. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
