Position: Staff Accountant We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Staff Accountant to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely journal entries. Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business cases. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact.
