Position: Staff Accountant We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Staff Accountant to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax requirements. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Conduct ratio, trend, and cost-benefit analysis to support management decisions. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow to maintain financial control. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in financial modelling, Tally/SAP/Oracle, advanced Excel; CA/CMA preferred.
