Position: Finance & Accounting - University Graduate We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Finance & Accounting - University Graduate to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business cases. Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely journal entries. Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in financial modelling, Tally/SAP/Oracle, advanced Excel; CA/CMA preferred.
