Position: Senior Financial Analyst (System) We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Financial Analyst (System) to join our dynamic and growing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax requirements. Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business cases. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement.
