Position: FINANCIAL ANALYST 3 We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused FINANCIAL ANALYST 3 to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally. Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax requirements. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow to maintain financial control. Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely journal entries. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Proficiency in financial modelling, Tally/SAP/Oracle, advanced Excel; CA/CMA preferred.
