Core Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow to maintain financial control. Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax requirements. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business cases. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Conduct ratio, trend, and cost-benefit analysis to support management decisions. Minimum Qualifications: Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact.
