Principal Responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned business units. Consolidate financial results and prepare executive-level commentary for board review. Manage working capital optimisation including DSO, DPO, and inventory turnover. Provide financial leadership on cost reduction, margin improvement, and profitability. Manage transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions in compliance with regulations. Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and internal controls. Develop financial risk frameworks and implement hedging strategies for currency and commodity.
