Position: Part-Time/Flex Assurance Professional An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Part-Time/Flex Assurance Professional to contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely journal entries. Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and business cases. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow to maintain financial control. Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax requirements. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment.
