Position: Staff Accountant We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Staff Accountant to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Conduct ratio, trend, and cost-benefit analysis to support management decisions. Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely journal entries. Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
