Key Responsibilities: Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Conduct ratio, trend, and cost-benefit analysis to support management decisions. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for business units. Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax requirements. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values.
