Key Responsibilities: Build interactive dashboards and reports that translate insights into business narratives. Maintain and optimise databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data environments. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through validation and governance frameworks. Document data architecture, lineage, and metadata management practices comprehensively. Collect, process, and analyse large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods. Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical models. Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
