Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and security standards. Manage cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse. Design data models and schemas optimised for analytical and high-performance workloads. Develop NLP, computer vision, and deep learning solutions for complex AI use cases. Optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance across environments. Develop scalable data engineering pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data. Implement data quality monitoring and automated alerting frameworks for pipelines. Professional Requirements: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
