Develop scalable data engineering pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data. Collaborate with engineering teams to embed analytics and AI into core product workflows. Develop NLP, computer vision, and deep learning solutions for complex AI use cases. Design data models and schemas optimised for analytical and high-performance workloads. Publish insights, model performance reports, and data science findings to leadership. Build A/B testing frameworks and experimentation infrastructure for product teams. Implement data quality monitoring and automated alerting frameworks for pipelines. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
