Develop NLP, computer vision, and deep learning solutions for complex AI use cases. Publish insights, model performance reports, and data science findings to leadership. Build self-service analytics capabilities that empower business teams to explore data. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and security standards. Design data models and schemas optimised for analytical and high-performance workloads. Implement data quality monitoring and automated alerting frameworks for pipelines. Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models across classification and regression tasks. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
