Key Responsibilities: Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to solve complex business challenges. Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical models. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through validation and governance frameworks. Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Maintain and optimise databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data environments. Collect, process, and analyse large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods. Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity. Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to provide clean, reliable analytical data. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
