Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to provide clean, reliable analytical data. Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to solve complex business challenges. Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity. Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
