Build self-service analytics capabilities that empower business teams to explore data. Optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance across environments. Design data models and schemas optimised for analytical and high-performance workloads. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and security standards. Develop NLP, computer vision, and deep learning solutions for complex AI use cases. Manage cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse. Develop scalable data engineering pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
