Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to provide clean, reliable analytical data. Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity. Document data architecture, lineage, and metadata management practices comprehensively. Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Build interactive dashboards and reports that translate insights into business narratives. Collect, process, and analyse large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
