Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to solve complex business challenges. Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns to generate actionable business intelligence. Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to provide clean, reliable analytical data. Maintain and optimise databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data environments. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
